my story so far…
Hi, I’m Katie Breunich.
Somewhere between a journal entry and a tarot spread, a systems critique and an overpriced green smoothie, this space quietly came to life.
Welcome to The Organic Philosopher, where wellness is lived, questioned, and occasionally side-eyed. Where spirituality meets psychology. Where self-discovery is messy, nonlinear, and sometimes looks suspiciously like a small crisis with good lighting.
I’m a writer, an enthusiastic over-thinker, a recovering perfectionist with a matcha habit, and someone who thinks philosophy is just overthinking with better PR. It shows up in how we react, how we come undone, how we piece ourselves back together, and how we decide what we’re willing to keep carrying.
Some days I’m pulling tarot cards and contemplating fate. Other days I’m reading about trauma and wondering how we all survived middle school. Most days, I’m just trying to live in a way that feels honest, one organic meal, one existential spiral, and one small act of courage at a time.
This space is for people who think too much, feel deeply, and still show up anyway.
If you’ve ever romanticized the farmers’ market, questioned your entire identity after therapy, or stared at your ceiling wondering if this is growth or just caffeine, welcome.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
